Dear Dr. Leach,

Back on September 9th of this year when you performed my breast reduction and lift, I knew that my physical appearance would undergo a noticeable change, however, I never anticipated such a boost (no pun intended) in my self esteem.

Not a day goes by that I am not grateful to you for your skilled hands as well as your caring and friendly attitude. When I speak of you, I refer to you as "my miracle worker".
